The Sakhi team developed a menstruation tracking app specifically designed for women with PCOD (Polycystic Ovarian Disorder) in response to a pressing need identified through personal experiences. One team member’s friend struggled with PCOD and found a lack of reliable resources to support her. Existing menstruation apps often overlook the unique challenges faced by women with this condition, such as irregular cycles and additional symptoms. Sakhi aims to fill this gap by providing tailored features that cater to the specific needs of women with PCOD, ensuring they receive the support they require.
ToyVista uses Augmented Reality (AR) to enhance the online toy shopping experience. By addressing buyer confidence issues, it allows users to visualize and interact with toys before purchase. Built with Swift, UIKit, and Apple’s ARKit, ToyVista aims to boost sales and reduce returns through immersive product demonstrations. The team is focused on finalizing the AR features to transform online toy shopping.
Vibroplay has been developed to make music learning accessible to individuals with hearing loss. With approximately half a billion people affected by hearing impairment, including 34 million children, the app aims to leverage iOS technologies such as the Haptic Engine and on-device machine learning.
